Michelle Spencer is a Chartered Accountant and senior financial services leader with over 25 years’ experience across investment funds, asset management and industry representation. She has held senior roles at leading global fund service providers and at “Irish Funds”, where she worked closely with firms across the Irish funds and asset management ecosystem.

Michelle brings deep expertise in operating models, governance, regulatory infrastructure, transformation and stakeholder engagement, with a strong track record of helping organisations navigate change and growth. She holds an Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from DCU, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, and holds an industry risk management qualification. 

Dáire Lawlor

Interwoven Ltd., Funds Industry Advisor, CubeMatch

Dáire Lawlor is a senior financial services and technology leader with over 30 years of industry experience spanning IT, operations, consulting, and large-scale transformation. He specialises in leveraging emerging technologies to drive business change, deliver new products, improve efficiency, and manage risk across complex, regulated environments.

He has held senior leadership roles serving global, blue-chip asset managers, most recently as Head of Consulting Services at State Street Ireland. In 2020, Dáire founded Interwoven Ltd., an advisory firm helping Fintechs, financial services organisations and funds to execute on meaningful transformation, scale operations, execute go-to-market strategies, and exploit emerging technologies. Interwoven works with clients across Ireland, the EU, Switzerland, and the UK.

Keith O'Brien

Keith O’Brien is a senior executive in the RegTech and Capital Markets technology space, with over two decades of experience across product management, business development, and delivery. He has held executive leadership roles at Calypso Technology, FD Technologies, and LPA, working with global financial institutions on large-scale transformation initiatives.

At LPA, Keith is responsible for driving the growth of the firm’s Asset Management solution, helping clients modernise their regulatory reporting and data frameworks. His focus is on enabling firms to move beyond fragmented, manual processes and instead leverage high-quality, governed data as a foundation for efficiency, transparency, and competitive advantage.

Shona Finn

Director of Data & AI Solutions, Carne Group

Former Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., leading global technology delivery and operations for the Global Rates business, driving strategic modernisation initiatives including fixed income e-trading transformation, front-to-back swaps platform modernisation, and enterprise investment rebalancing programmes.
